The inspiration for all our cupcakes and cakes at Vanilla began with my mother. She always surprised our family with cakes and sweets all the time. It was her passion for baking and my families’ love for sweets that inspired us to start baking many years ago. We perpetual bake with love, from scratch, using the choice ingredients. The memories from our mums’ kitchens have been recreated through Vanilla in a way that is new, yet familiar. Our talented pastry chefs have taken our conventional recipes and added their own new twist, creating truly mouthwatering cakes and cupcakes which are baked new daily in our commercial kitchen.’.
